OnePlus Introduced It’s OnePlus Concept One Smart Phone With Invisible Camera

OnePlus recently started a new revolution in the smartphone industry by introducing the new OnePlus Concept One smartphone in the CES expo 2020. The special feature of this phone is its rear camera glass. This rear camera glass automatically disappears when kept idle for more than a second. This feature makes Oneplus Concept one stand-alone in the mobile market. OnePlus actually took inspiration from the McLaren car which uses this technology in its sunroofs but this is the first time we’re seeing anything like it on a phone.

OnePlus collaborated with McLaren to make disappearing glasses just like the McLaren 720S Spider luxury sports car. Also, the orange back covers the color of this OnePlus smartphone papaya orange color is the signature of the carmaker.

What exactly is this phone? Well, the OnePlus concept one gets its name from the fact that it’s the first concept phone from OnePlus. The whole idea of a concept phone is to demonstrate a new concept so you could always consider it a showpiece of the technologies that OnePlus is working on. First of all, the rim of the phone is surrounded by pure gold to which you might be thinking hold on a second. But maybe even more interesting is the tech behind it so a normal modern smartphone will usually have a stainless-steel frame or an aluminum frame. But with the Concept One OnePlus started with this and then used a process called physical vapor deposition to add a thin film of pure gold on top of it solid gold is converted to a vapor and vapor sticks to the phone’s rim and then becomes solid again.

If we talk about OnePlus Concept One specs, they are very same to the previous phone OnePlus 7T pro. Which has Snapdragon 855+ processor, 12GB RAM, and a 4,085mAh battery with 30W fast charging. Where they use a 90Hz refresh rate panel for the display which enables a smooth animation experience and fast gesture response. OnePlus concept comes with a 6.67-inch panel with curved edges and quad HD resolution (1440 x 3120).
